Dr. Jeff Goldberg joined the Johns Creek medical community in January, 2008 with over 15 years of experience. Dr. Goldberg has dual board certifications in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Both children and adults are welcomed as patients in his practice.

A native of New York, Dr. Goldberg has called Atlanta home since 1993. He is a dedicated father and an active participant in several volunteer and charitable organizations in his community.

Dr. Goldberg’s areas of particular interest and expertise include:

  • General and pediatric ENT including the treatment of ear and tonsil related disorders
  • Treatment of chronic sinusitis, including endoscopic sinus surgery and Balloon Sinuplasty techniques

Audiologist

Dr. Joan Englehart Rodriguez has been one of our key clinical staff members since 2008. She brings over 30 years’ experience as a clinical audiologist. A native of Pennsylvania, she graduated from University of Maryland with her Bachelor’s degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences in 1978, and earned her Masters of Science degree in Audiology from Penn State University in 1979. In 2003, she received her Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) from Arizona School of Health Sciences.

Dr. Rodriguez is licensed by the State of Georgia, and is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA,) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA.) Governor Zell Miller appointed Dr. Rodriguez to the Georgia State Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispenser from 1991-1997. Her professional interests include adult and pediatric hearing disorders, adult balance disorders, and hearing aid fitting and dispensing.

Dr. Rodriguez makes her home in Duluth, Georgia. She has two adult children, a son in Atlanta, and a daughter in North Carolina. Dr. Rodriguez enjoys sports, especially college basketball, and is passionate about animals and animal rescue.

Physician Assistant

Leah Reynolds is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, with experience and expertise in the care and management of both adult and pediatric ENT patients. Leah completed her undergraduate degree in General Studies, with concentrations in Biology, Chemistry and Spanish, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

After completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Midland, Texas, Leah was employed as Physician Assistant by the Mayo Clinic, Department of Otolaryngology in Phoenix, Arizona, where she gained in-depth experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the wide spectrum of ear, nose and throat disease; implementing treatment plans and monitoring the effectiveness of therapies. After 4 years at the Mayo Clinic, Leah’s family was relocated to Virginia, where she worked in a private ENT practice. In 2011, she moved with her family to the Atlanta area. We are very fortunate to have Leah, with her wealth of experience, as part of our clinical team.

Leah loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys the outdoors, and is an avid hiker and jogger.

Physician Assistant

Steven Huffman worked as an MA/Scribe for Dr. Goldberg for years before fulfilling his dream of becoming a Physician Assistant. Now as a Board Certified Physician Assistant, Steven was asked to rejoin the practice in a new role. Steven studied Kinesiology and Biology at the University of Georgia before attending Mercer University for his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling with his wife and Husky, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.  We are so excited to have him on board once again!
